Terms

The service
Claudio provides educational alerts about NQ futures market structure, delivered in a Discord server, and the information on this website. Using the website, joining the Discord or claiming a plan means you accept these terms, the risk disclosure and the privacy page.
Not advice
Nothing Claudio posts is financial, investment or trading advice, and nothing is tailored to you. Claudio never places trades. Every decision to trade, and its outcome, is yours.
Plans and billing
During the public beta the Claudio Futures plan is free. Paid plans, when they open, are sold and billed through Whop under Whop's own terms. A monthly plan can be cancelled at any time from your Whop account and keeps working until the end of the period already paid for. Prices can change for new periods; a change never applies to a period you have already paid.
Your account and conduct
One membership is for one person. Do not share, resell or republish the alerts, the brief or the review outside the Discord. In the Discord, follow the pinned guides: no harassment, no spam, no promotion of other services, and no posting of other members' personal information. We can remove access for breaking these rules.
Availability and changes
Claudio is a public beta. Alerts can be late, missing or wrong, and the service can be paused or changed without notice; every change to how it works is announced in the Discord. There is no promise of a particular number of alerts, a particular result, or uninterrupted service.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Claudio and its operator are not liable for any loss arising from trading decisions you make, from the accuracy or timing of an alert, or from the service being unavailable. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.
Content
The text, images, charts and code of the website and the Discord belong to Claudio's operator. You may share a link to this website; please do not copy its content elsewhere.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them and the change is announced in the Discord.
